Voice of the System process

You’ve signed up … Now what?

  • When the next opportunity to provide feedback arises, you’ll be contacted by email and asked if you’d like to participate.

    The email will also include incentive information.

  • If the project only requires a survey, you’ll be sent a link to a password protected survey to provide critical insights and feedback.

  • If the project requires a more in-depth conversation than a survey, you’ll be invited to a focus group (typically digital) where you’ll be able to provide insights in a group setting.

  • Once you’ve partcipated in a Voice of the Survey program, you’ll receive the compesation/incentive described in the intial email within ten business days.
